• All Sales are final and cancelation of an order by the Buyer may only be accepted prior to shipment and may be subject to cancelation charge.
• Sales, shipping and delivery of our products and services are conducted on the basis of the best information available to us on the business practices in the countries of the origin, transit and delivery. Unusual weather conditions, accidents, emergency situations, domestic or international legal restrictions and other factors beyond our control may affect our services. Seller is not responsible for adverse conditions that are out of Seller`s control.
• Seller may rely on information from third party supplier for providing the product and services. In an unusual circumstance that Seller may find problems in supply and delivery of a placed order, Seller reserves the right to cancel the sales and return Buyers payment.

فروش ها قطعی می باشند و ابطال سفارش توسط خریدار تنها قبل از ارسال کتاب ها و یا شروع اشتراک  مجلات و به شرط موافقت ناشر قابل قبول هستند و ممکن است مستلزم هزینه ابطال و عودت باشد.
تعهد ما به فروش، حمل و تحویل محصولات و خدمات ما بر اساس بهترین اطلاعات  ما از 
شرایط فعالیت بازرگانی در کشورهای مبدا، ترانزیت و یا مقصد است. شرایط غیر عادی جوی،
حوادث غیر مترقبه، شرایط اضطراری، محدودیتهای قانونی محلی و بین المللی، و سایر عوامل بحرانی 
ممکن است بر روی سرعت خدمات ما تاثیر بگذارند. فروشنده مسول عواقب چنین 
شرایط نامطلوب که خارج از  کنترل اوست نمی باشد. در شرایط غیر عادی که فروشنده تهیه و 
تحویل سفارش را ناممکن بیاید سفارش را باطل و وجه دریافت شده بابت سفارش 
را به خریدار برمی گرداند.
